This hotel exceeded our expectations! the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. the room was small but well-furnished with plenty of storage space. the bathroom was clean and had a lovely shower with hot water. We appreciated having opening windows to let in fresh air. the inclusive buffet breakfast had plenty of options, including fresh fruit and Indian foods. the location was quiet yet not too far from the city center. We were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and modern facilities.
One minor downside was the limited vegetarian options in the restaurant menu.

From the moment we arrived at Hilux Courtyard, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully furnished with ample storage space. The bathroom had a great shower and plenty of hot water. The inclusive buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options including fresh fruit and toast. The hotel's location was quiet yet conveniently close to the center of Palakkad. everything was in perfect condition and spotlessly clean.
There was nothing I didn't like.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The room was beautifully furnished and had plenty of storage space. The bathroom was clean and the shower had hot water. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to open the windows for fresh air. The hotel's location was convenient, not too far from the center and yet still quiet. The inclusive buffet breakfast had a good variety of choices, including fresh fruit. the service and amenities provided enhanced our comfort and made our stay enjoyable.
We had a minor issue with being overcharged and it took some time to get our money refunded. However, despite this problem, we still highly recommend this hotel to all.
